Quick and Easy Dinner
5 Minute French Dip
1/2 lb. sliced roast beef (from the deli)
4 slices Provolone Cheese, cut in half
4 Sandwich Rolls
1 Can Campbell's French Onion Soup
3 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
Preheat oven to 350.
Halve rolls and place 2 half cheese slices on cut side of bread. Place on baking sheet and put in oven to toast bread and melt cheese.
In sauce pan heat soup with 1 C water, roast beef slices and Worcestershire sauce until boiling. Remove bread from oven, top melted cheese with roast beef slices, close sandwich. Ladle leftover soup into cup or small bowl for individual dipping.
Makes 4 sandwiches
We tried this last week and loved it - we had sliced fruit and oven-baked steak fries with it. Campbell's has some pretty good recipes on their website.
