Michael is excellent at a lot of things he does but he is, hands-down, the best bacon fryer I've ever met. He's the best breakfast maker I know too. When asked how he manages to make every inch of the bacon strip the perfect crispness Mr. Gariety responded, "It takes a lot of time and TLC." Spoken like a true champion!
Saturday's breakfast consisted of from scratch pancakes, bacon and a fried potato and egg skillet with cheese.
