Mad Hatter Unbirthday Party (Relief Society)

Our Relief Society birthday enrichment night this year was so silly and fun. We had an Unbirthday party. Complete with the Mad Hatter himself who led us in a crazy game where we got up every few seconds, switched seats and asked a question to our new neighbor. It was a great way to get to know all the new ladies who were added to our ward when the boundaries were redrawn.

Lew, our funny Mad Hatter.

Tenille, Amber and Sharece - wearing our hats (except Tenille who wasn't about to mess up her hair, what a party pooper :)

Neena, Natalie, Tami and I.  I really like my sombrero, if it were acceptable I'd wear it everyday.

Marie, as the Queen of Hearts (Off with their heads!), Kim with her cutie Giant's hat and me in my fabulous sombrero again (no it did not come from Chevy's).

Tami, the beautiful, talented lady that she is made this amazing tea pot cake complete with marzipan handle and spout.  It was a sight to behold and mighty tasty too!
I didn't take any pictures of the cultural hall but it looked like a spring garden.  There were paper garden lanterns, white lights, giant daffodils, white lattice and more.  Each table was set with a different tea set.  We had chicken salad on croissants  and a variety of salads for dinner.  We also had an amazing presentation by our own Sister Decker who talked about all the hats that we as women wear daily.  What a fun night!
